At Ibericos las Planas we honour our crafted Iberian pork delicacies with distinctive quality and taste by curing them only naturally. For this, we maintain the drying cellars with stone walls of 85 cm of width, which permit to preserve the adequate temperature and humidity for an optimal ageing during a minimum of 36 months. There, our masters of the hams play with the climate factors to guarantee supremacy of flavour and texture. We preserve our ancestors´ authentic recipe for Iberian pork elaborates and at the same time we continue innovating to accomplish a most seductive flavour.
