More than 30 years back up our experience and tradition in the elaboration of crafted Iberian pork delicacies, namely Iberian hams, loins and sausages. An indigenous animal to Spain, the Iberian pig has evoluted and conserved its existence in the vast pasturelands of Southwestern Spain, in the Dehesa, referred to as the

cradle of this emblematic race.
